At SINFEAHAN, every garment is carefully prepared and quality-checked before it leaves our studio. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every piece meets the highest standards.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches, festive seasons, sale periods, or for pre-order items. If an item has a longer dispatch time, it will always be mentioned on the product page.
Delivery Within Pakistan
We offer FREE nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Processing Time: 1–2 working days
- Estimated Delivery: 2–7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD), online card payments, and bank transfers are available for customers within Pakistan.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using trusted international courier services.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5–7 working days
- USA & Canada: 6–10 working days
- UAE: 3–6 working days
- Europe: 5–8 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 working days
- Other International Destinations: 7–14 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.
SINFEAHAN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Pre-Orders
Some collections are offered on a pre-order basis to maintain exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
The estimated dispatch time for pre-order items will always be displayed on the product page before purchase.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your parcel may be dispatched together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is inspected before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the parcel and the product.
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of our garments and hygiene standards, SINFEAHAN does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We kindly encourage customers to review the product description and size guide before placing an order.
Exchanges are only considered if:
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your item arrives damaged.
- There is a verified manufacturing defect.
All approved exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Important Information
- Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
- Courier delays due to weather, customs inspections, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of SINFEAHAN.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
- Slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, beadwork, fabric texture, and colour are part of the craftsmanship of luxury garments and should not be considered defects.
